Details of the Job/Internship
Emerge Legal is hiring for the position of Associate Contracts- Contract Management Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Management Specialist. The Contract Management Specialist will be responsible for managing contract life cycles, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies, and for maintaining accurate records of contracts. The Contract Management Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing contract data and providing insights to improve contract processes.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of first hand experience in contract drafting.
- Expertise in contract management, contractual agreements, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills and the ability to review, analyze, and interpret complex contract terms and conditions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of document management systems and contract management software.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in contract management, preferably in the legal or consulting industry.
Note: Knowledge of international contract laws and proficiency in drafting legal documents such as partnership agreements, employee agreements, and intellectual property agreements will be an added advantage.
