Details of the Job/Internship

AMM Law Offices is hiring an Associate – Corporate & Commercial Law with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including NDAs, MoUs, and service contracts.
• Conducting due diligence and handling documentation for real estate transactions.
• Advising on corporate compliance, governance, and business structuring.
• Assisting on technology, software licensing, and data privacy matters.
• Supporting litigation, regulatory, and risk advisory assignments.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate in-house legal team.
• Strong drafting, research, and client interaction skills.
• Exposure to startup, IT, or real estate sectors is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
