Details of the Job/Internship

Lexansh & Co. is hiring an Associate for its Corporate & Commercial team in Noida. The role is suitable for candidates with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support and lead transaction advisory work, including joint ventures, restructurings, and corporate reorganisations.
• Conduct legal due diligence and prepare detailed due diligence reports.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial matters.
• Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact on ongoing matters.
• Collaborate with partners and other practice groups on multi-disciplinary matters.
• Assist in business development activities, including proposals and client pitches.
• Contribute to internal knowledge management and development of precedents.
• Participate in thought leadership initiatives such as articles, seminars, and industry events.

Eligibility

• 0–1 year of relevant experience in corporate and commercial law from a reputed firm.
• Strong experience in corporate structuring and commercial contracts.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while supporting team objectives.
• Strong client-facing skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.

Salary/Stipend
