Details of the Job/Internship

IlluminIP is looking for a motivated and skilled Associate to join its Corporate Practice immediately to join their New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.
• Advising clients on legal compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Assisting with legal due diligence for transactions.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders on client deliverables.

Eligibility

• PQE: 1–2 years.
• Experience in corporate law, particularly in contract and compliance work.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
