Details of the Job/Internship

BridgeCounsels LLP is hiring an Associate – Corporate and Commercial Law with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Act as an extended GC for clients, blending in-house mindset with external advisory.
• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts, policies, and legal documentation.
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, and attend key business events.
• Represent BridgeCounsels at legal and industry forums.
• Lead knowledge development initiatives and publish legal insights.
• Assist in internship management, internal operations, and HR coordination.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• High integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Solid foundation in corporate and commercial laws.
• Excellent drafting, legal research, and writing skills.
• Confidence in client engagement and follow-ups.
• Willingness to attend conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
• Comfort with MS Office and digital tools.
• Ability to manage and mentor interns, and assist in internal coordination.
• Interest in writing articles, conducting research, and contributing to thought leadership.

Salary/Stipend
