Details of the Job/Internship
Tatva Legal is hiring an Associate – Corporate and Transactions to join their Chennai office. This is a full-time, on-site role involving handling corporate law matters, conducting due diligence, providing financial and transactional insights, drafting and reviewing contracts, and assisting with transactional work. The Associate will support clients in meeting compliance and regulatory requirements while delivering timely and accurate legal advice.

Eligibility

- Experience in conducting due diligence and providing financial and transactional insights.
- Strong analytical skills to assess legal documents and business matters.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a law firm environment.
- Prior experience in corporate legal services or transactional law is preferred.
