Details of the Job/Internship
Lexansh & Co. is hiring an Associate–Corporate & Commercial with experience of 0 to 2 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- To assist in the preparation, review, and filing of documents related to IPO.
- To assist the legal team in the execution of roadshows, investor presentations, and other promotional activities related to the IPO.
- Assist in drafting contract documents with guidance from senior team members.
- Review contracts for accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Help manage the lifecycle of contracts, including tracking key dates such as renewal and expiration.
- Organize and maintain contract files and ensure proper documentation and storage.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to gather necessary information and assist in addressing basic contract-related inquiries.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field from a recognized university.
- internship experience in IPO processes and contract management is highly desirable.
Key Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of the Indian Contract Act and related corporate laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
