Details of the Job/Internship

Edifecs is hiring an Associate Corporate Counsel with experience of 3 years to join their office in Online Mode.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work with legal team members to support the commercial needs of Edifecs' business, including developing and maintaining working knowledge of Edifecs business by building positive relationships with the relevant business stakeholders.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Direct experience with reviewing, negotiating, and drafting commercial contracts, with focus on SaaS agreements and software licensing ensuring they meet the company's requirements and protect its interests.
• Provide analysis of legal issues with focus on understanding and communicating the business implications to internal stakeholders.
• Identifying the legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from an credited institution.
• A Master's degree in Law(LLM) or relevant certifications is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience working as in-house counsel in a technology-focused environment.
• Experience working in the SaaS industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of document comparison tools is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to flag issues and propose solutions to complex problems.

Salary/Stipend
