Details of the Job/Internship

FITPASS is hiring an Associate Corporate Counsel with 3–5 years of experience to join their Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (B2B, B2C, vendor, IP, etc.).
• Identify legal risks and provide business-aligned risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws (IT Act, DPDP Bill, GDPR).
• Support fundraising, acquisitions, due diligence, and investor documentation.
• Review internal policies on legal, ethical, data, and compliance matters.
• Assist in ROC filings and statutory compliance (optional but preferred).
• Work cross-functionally with various departments to meet legal needs.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a top-tier institution (e.g., NLSIU, NALSAR, NUJS).
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in startups or tech-enabled businesses.
• Strong understanding of commercial law, data/IP regulations, and platform laws.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
