Details of the Job/Internship

Vidhikarya Legal Services LLP is hiring an Associate Corporate Counsel with experience of 3 years to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Mange all the legal works of firm's corporate clients'.
•  Handle corporate clients in their legal needs and provide the necessary legal support and services.
• Advise the clients with right remedy to them for their legal issues.

Eligibility

• PQE 3 years and above.
• Minimum qualification LL.B. degree. 
• Someone who has experience of handling corporate clients or can handle.
•  Someone who is self-driven and passionate towards legal profession.
• Having good command over drafting and has excellent Communication skills.
• Having good research skills.
•  Confident to handle the matters singlehandedly.
• Has mastery in client dealing and handling.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
