A&S Legal Partners (ASLP) is hiring for the position of Associate - Corporate Department with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Indore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and contractual negotiations.
- Document Drafting and Review: Draft and review various legal documents, including agreements, notices, and other corporate documentation.
- Compliance Support: Prepare legal compliance documents for corporate clients and assist in regulatory research.
- HR Policy Support: Assist in drafting HR policies and reviewing employment-related agreements.
- Risk Analysis: Analyze legal documents to identify potential risks and advise on mitigation strategies.
- Client Interaction: Support client communications regarding contractual matters and legal obligations.
- Case Management: Maintain organized case files and documentation for ongoing projects.
Eligibility
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in contract drafting and corporate law.
- Strong legal research skills, with proficiency in legal databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.
