Details of the Job/Internship

Chambers of Ashish Mehta is hiring Associates (PQE: 0–2 years) to join its expanding team handling Corporate Disputes and Regulatory Litigation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and case summaries.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs for ongoing matters.
• Support the team in hearings and case management across tribunals and courts.
• Coordinate with clients and assist in developing litigation strategies.
• Manage regulatory filings and compliance-related documentation.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Provisional or permanent Sanad required.
• Strong interest in corporate and regulatory litigation.
• Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
