Details of the Job/Internship

Shahid Law Firm is hiring for the position of Associate – Corporate & Employment Law with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Egypt. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel on a wide range of corporate and employment law matters, ensuring responsiveness and attention to client needs.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and deliver well-founded legal opinions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents and contracts within the corporate and employment law spectrum.
• Engage in client meetings and negotiations, contributing to or leading discussions related to contract terms and legal solutions.
• Work closely with colleagues across the legal team to support ongoing matters and complex transactions.
• Stay informed on changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends relevant to our practice areas.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized law school (Master’s degree in Law or a related field is a plus).
• Admitted to practice and in good standing with the Egyptian Bar Association.
• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience with a strong focus on corporate and employment law.
• Proficient in legal research, drafting, and contract negotiation.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical legal practice.

Salary/Stipend
