Details of the Job/Internship

Oberoi & Partners is hiring an Associate – Corporate, IP & Commercial with 1–2 years PQE to join its Delhi NCR office under a hybrid working model. The role involves end-to-end handling of corporate and commercial matters, transaction support, intellectual property work, and ongoing legal and regulatory compliance for Indian and international clients.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling corporate and commercial work for retainer clients, including Indian and international clients.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents, commercial agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
• Drafting and responding to legal notices, opinions, and formal correspondence.
• Advising on corporate, regulatory, and ongoing compliance matters, including statutory compliance.
• Assisting in intellectual property prospection, filings, enforcement, and advisory work.
• Working on media and entertainment–related agreements, including talent, brand, and collaboration contracts.
• Supporting cross-border transactions and international structuring assignments, where required.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years PQE.
• Graduation from a reputed law school or college.
• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Prior experience or demonstrated interest in intellectual property law and media and entertainment law will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
• High standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and client-facing aptitude.
• Strong command over the English language.
• Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate.

Salary/Stipend
