Details of the Job/Internship

S&A Law Offices is hiring an Associate – Corporate Law with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Delhi (East of Kailash). 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle matters under Companies Act, Contract Act, Societies Act, FCRA, and FEMA.
• Work on FDI, ODI, ECBs, and related compliance and filings.
• Apply understanding of SEBI regulations, including LODR, ICDR, SAST, and PIT.
• Conduct board and shareholder meetings and prepare documentation.
• Assist in due diligence for listed and unlisted entities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents (term sheets, SPAs, SSAs, SHA, loan agreements, etc.).
• Prepare legal opinions and corporate advisories.
• (Preferred) Handle matters related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a top-tier law college.
• 1–2 years of relevant corporate law experience.
