Vidyam Legal [Former -UKP Legal] Advocates & Legal Consultants is hiring for the position of Associate(Corporate Law) with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
• Assist in managing case files and maintaining regulatory compliance documentation.
• Attend internal meetings and client consultations.
• Collaborate closely with senior lawyers on complex corporate matters.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Confident, articulate, and detail-oriented.
• A commitment to professionalism, continuous learning, and legal excellence.

Salary/Stipend
