Details of the Job/Internship
Alpha Corporate Legal is hiring an Associate – Corporate Laws with 0–3 years of experience to join their office in Gautam Buddha Nagar. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate advisory, contract management, transaction support, drafting of merger and demerger schemes, transaction documents and commercial agreements, end-to-end transactional support, and corporate advisory matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in matters relating to corporate advisory, contract management, and transaction support.
- Draft and review agreements, opinions, and corporate documents.
- Support transactions involving mergers, demergers, inbound and outbound investments, in-principle listing/trading approvals, and entity structuring.
- Draft merger and demerger schemes.
- Prepare transaction documents and commercial agreements.
- Provide end-to-end transactional support.
Eligibility
- PQE: 0–3 years in corporate laws.
- Strong command over written and verbal communication.
- Working knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, and general corporate compliance.
- Ability to draft transactional documents and conduct due diligence.
