Details of the Job/Internship
Alpha Corporate Legal is hiring an Associate – Corporate Laws with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The role involves assisting in corporate advisory, contract management, and transactional support, including drafting and reviewing schemes of amalgamation and demerger, transactional agreements, agreements, and opinions. The position also includes supporting inbound and outbound investment structuring and preparing research notes on the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, and related corporate laws.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in corporate advisory, contract management, and transactional support.
- Drafting and reviewing schemes of amalgamation, demerger, transactional agreements, agreements, and opinions.
- Assisting in structuring inbound and outbound investments.
- Researching and preparing notes on the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, and related corporate laws.
Eligibility
- PQE: 1–2 years.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, and general corporate laws.
- Ability to work with innovative ideas, with a sincere approach and dedication.
