Details of the Job/Internship

Alpha Partners is hiring two Associates – Corporate Law with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.The ideal candidates should possess experience in corporate transactional matters along with strong drafting skills and sound knowledge of FEMA and Company Law.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate legal matters.
• Draft contracts and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with FEMA and Company Law in transactions.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Background in corporate transactional work.
• Strong drafting skills.
• Good knowledge of FEMA and Company Law.
• Prior experience in a law firm is preferred.
• Candidates with a notice period exceeding 30 days should not apply.

Salary/Stipend
