Details of the Job/Internship
Strategix Legal is hiring for the position of Associate – Corporate & Litigation with 1-5 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
Corporate Practice:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advisory on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business transactions.
- Assist in M&A due diligence and structuring of commercial deals.
- Conduct legal research on corporate laws, securities regulations, and compliance matters.
Litigation & Dispute Resolution:
- Draft pleadings, petitions, legal notices, and legal opinions.
- Conduct case law research and assist in trial preparations.
- Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and arbitration proceedings under senior supervision.
- Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory authorities for litigation matters.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university (additional certifications in corporate law or litigation are a plus).
- 1-5 years of experience in a law firm or legal department, with exposure to corporate and litigation matters.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with commercial contracts, dispute resolution mechanisms, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple assignments effectively.
