Details of the Job/Internship
FS Legal is hiring a Corporate Associate to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist the Corporate Matters team in handling day-to-day legal issues related to corporate law.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on the Companies Act and other relevant commercial regulations.
- Support the drafting and vetting of various corporate agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Prepare case briefs and internal notes for senior partners regarding corporate transactions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and assist in filing necessary regulatory documents.
- Collaborate with team members to provide strategic legal advice to the firm's clients.
- Maintain organized case files and stay updated on recent developments in the corporate legal landscape.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Passion for corporate law and a strong desire to build a career in this practice area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers are explicitly encouraged to apply.
