Details of the Job/Internship

ANM Global is hiring an Associate for their Corporate Practice team with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

The role focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and securities laws.

Eligibility

• 2-4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of 5 to 8 transactions.
• Strong understanding of corporate and securities law frameworks.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Prior law firm experience preferred.

Salary/Stipend
