Details of the Job/Internship

Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring an Associate for its Corporate Restructuring and Private Client Practice team with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on legal matters related to mergers, demergers, acquisitions, business transfers, family settlements, succession planning, trusts, and wills.
• Draft and review legal documents, including agreements, wills, opinions, and trust deeds.

Eligibility

• Post-qualification experience of 1 to 2 years.
• Law graduate from a premier law college.
• Additional desirable qualification: Company Secretary.
• Strong legal acumen and ability to analyze complex legal scenarios.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Salary/Stipend
