Details of the Job/Internship

Dhwaj & Associates Law Firm is hiring an Associate to join their corporate team with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality of legal counsel and support to our valued clients;
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range ofcontracts which inter alia include, transactionagreements/ documents, term sheets, share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, business transfer agreements, asset purchase agreements, andjoint venture agreements;
• Drafting reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts for Real Estate, Fintech,Telecom, and IT sectors; and
• Sound knowledge of Due Diligence processes.

Eligibility

• The candidate should have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience gained in a law firm;
• The candidate should be an LLB/ LLM degree holder from a well-ranked law school;
• The candidate should be self-motivated, hard-working diligent; and just possess a high standard of written and spoken English.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
