Maheshwari and Co. Advocates & Legal Consultants is hiring an Associate (Corporate Team) with experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal opinions.
- Communicate with clients, understanding their needs, and providing timely updates and solutions.
- Prepare legal documents, contracts, agreements, and pleadings with precision and clarity.
Eligibility
- Law graduates (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- 2-3 years post-qualification experience.
- Should be enrolled with any Bar Council.
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
