Maheshwari and Co. is hiring an Associate (Corporate Team) with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal opinions.
• Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide timely updates and solutions.
• Prepare legal documents, contracts, agreements, and pleadings with precision and clarity.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• 2-3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Enrolled with any Bar Council.
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
