Details of the Job/Internship

ILA&C LAW is hiring an Associate (Corporate) with relevant experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence and prepare detailed legal reports.
• Draft, review, and analyze corporate legal documentation.
• Research and interpret corporate law issues.
• Collaborate with clients on financial and strategic legal matters.
• Provide practical legal solutions based on research and analysis.
• Work closely with internal teams to support corporate transactions and related matters.

Eligibility

• LL.B or equivalent degree.
• Relevant experience in corporate law.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Expertise in corporate law and due diligence.
• Familiarity with finance-related legal frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage on-site responsibilities.
