Details of the Job/Internship

Strategix Legal is hiring an Associate – Corporate with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience (or freshers) to join their Corporate Advisory team in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review corporate documents, contracts, agreements, and advisory notes.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research (Company Law, Securities Law, FEMA, Competition Law, etc.).
• Support due diligence exercises for M&A, investments, and restructuring deals.
• Prepare client deliverables such as reports, memorandums, presentations, and transaction documents
• Attend client meetings, assist in follow-ups, and track action items.
• Monitor regulatory changes and prepare updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, and internal teams.
• Support knowledge management initiatives and maintain organized documentation.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (3-year/5-year course) from a recognized university; candidates awaiting final results may also apply.
• Preference for candidates with Company Secretary (CS) qualification or those pursuing CS.
• Strong academic background with a good understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism.
• Ability to manage tasks under supervision and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Salary/Stipend
