Details of the Job/Internship

Goyel & Goyal (Formerly JKGA Law Chambers) is hiring an Associate (Corporate) with a minimum of 2 years of PQE to join their corporate and transactions team in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating investment documentation for company and investor clients.
• It also includes conducting legal due diligence on investee companies, researching RBI and SEBI regulatory positions, and providing general corporate advisory, along with commercial contract review.

Eligibility

• The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate advisory and VC transactions.
• They must demonstrate strong attention to detail and a keen interest in the venture capital and regulatory landscape in India.
• Prior exposure to fund formation is desirable but not mandatory.
