Details of the Job/Internship

Goyel & Goyal is hiring an Associate – Corporate & Transactions with a minimum of 2 years of PQE to join their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate investment documentation for company and investor clients.
• Conduct legal due diligence on investee companies.
• Provide general corporate advisory services.
• Review and advise on commercial contracts.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of PQE in corporate advisory and/or VC transactions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Keen interest in venture capital and regulatory landscape in India.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
