illuminIP is hiring an Associate (Corporate) with 2–3 years of experience to join their corporate practice in New Delhi on an immediate basis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial agreements.
• Handle compliance advisory matters.
• Assist in due diligence-related assignments.

Eligibility

• PQE of 2–3 years.
• Prior experience and interest in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
• Experience in compliance advisories and due diligence assignments.

Salary/Stipend
