Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring an Associate with experience of 2-3 years to join their Corporate/M&A/PE/Transactions practice at their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation, advice, and services to clients.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions.
• Conduct legal research.
• Draft legal documents.
• Assist in case preparation and court proceedings.

Eligibility

• 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firm(s).
• Focused experience in Corporate M&A and Real Estate Transactions.
• Ability to handle transactions with minimal supervision.

Salary/Stipend
