Details of the Job/Internship

Gemini is hiring an Associate Counsel with experience of 2 to 4 years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, evaluate, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including high-volume NDAs and procurement agreements, as well ascomplex client-facing agreements across a wide range of business services.
• Provide risk-weighted advice to business principals that succinctly balances commercial upside against corresponding legal, financial,operational, and reputational risk.
