Details of the Job/Internship

JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Legal Support Team – Associate Counsel with a minimum of 3 years of corporate law experience to join their legal team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents including NDAs, NRLs, and joinder agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analyze applicable laws and requirements.
• Support special legal projects as needed.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a premier law school with valid bar membership.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate law at a reputed law firm and/or financial institution.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Compliance with jurisdictional licensing requirements before employment begins.
