Details of the Job/Internship
SpotDraft is hiring an Associate Counsel with 1-3 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including customer, vendor, consulting, service, and NDA agreements.
- Provide legal support on technology, IP, data protection, commercial, employment, and corporate matters.
- Work with legal tech tools to enhance contract-related outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build and refine legal technology solutions.
- Stay updated on laws, legal tech trends, and industry best practices.
- Support contract management processes and contribute to policy development.
- Assist with due diligence, privacy matters, and global regulatory issues.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with 1–3 years of experience.
- Strong interest in technology and legal innovation.
- Ability to take ownership, think independently, and handle fast-paced work.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
