Details of the Job/Internship
Tech Data APAC, a TD SYNNEX company, is hiring an Associate Legal Counsel with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and revise commercial agreements.
- Conduct legal research on APJ-specific laws such as customs regulations and anti-trust.
- Support Legal Counsels in advising Marketing and business units.
- Assist in ethics and compliance training and implementation of policies.
- Provide support on regulatory compliance and liaise with local authorities.
- Coordinate with external counsel for litigation and dispute resolution.
- Conduct training for Sales and Legal teams to improve communications.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LL.B or equivalent; Diploma/Degree in Law required).
- Minimum 2–3 years of prior legal experience.
- Strong drafting, research, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
- Team player with attention to detail and high integrity.
