Details of the Job/Internship

MS is hiring for the position of Associate-CS/Legal with 2 years of experience to join their office in Kozhikode.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage corporate governance and secretarial activities for group companies.
• Support the legal team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-border operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and legal records as per internal SOPs.
• Monitor and evaluate service delivery standards, ensuring adherence to SLAs and compliance metrics.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain consistency and accuracy across all compliance-related processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold internal controls and legal best practices.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law or qualified Company Secretary (CS) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in legal compliance, corporate governance, or secretarial practice.
• Strong understanding of corporate legal structures and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High degree of integrity, precision, and organizational discipline.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
