Details of the Job/Internship
Ankura is hiring an Associate – Cyber Document Review with at least 1 year of experience to join their office in Gurgaon, Haryana.
Role and Responsibilities
- Reviewing and analysing large volumes of documents, including emails, contracts, and company records.
- Applying coding and tagging protocols based on project-specific requirements.
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency in document review and coding processes.
- Conducting quality checks on reviewed documents to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Providing feedback and guidance to team members to improve quality and efficiency.
- Collaborating with paralegals and other team members to meet project requirements.
- Participating in team meetings to enhance workflows and processes.
- Managing time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Prioritising tasks and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in document review, legal research, or a related role.
- Experience in an LPO or law firm environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and concepts.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in document review platforms such as Relativity or Viewpoint.
- Familiarity with legal research databases and Microsoft Office tools.
