Details of the Job/Internship

Chanderprabhu Jain College of Higher Studies & School of Law is hiring an Associate Dean Law to join its School of Law in Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Associate Dean will oversee academic initiatives, coordinate faculty and staff development, ensure curriculum alignment with industry standards, manage programme delivery, foster research and publications, contribute to institutional development, support student guidance, promote academic excellence, and collaborate with external stakeholders to enhance the school’s reputation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee academic initiatives of the School of Law.
• Coordinate faculty and staff development activities.
• Ensure curriculum alignment with industry and academic standards.
• Manage effective delivery of academic programmes.
• Promote and support research, publications, and scholarly activities.
• Contribute to institutional growth and development.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to strengthen the institution’s reputation.

Eligibility

• Advanced degree in law, with Ph.D. preferred.
• Substantial professional or academic experience in the legal field.
• Strong academic and teaching leadership skills with experience in curriculum development and educational policy implementation.
• Profound knowledge of legal education, research methodologies, and contemporary legal practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
• Experience in academic administration and stakeholder relationship management is desirable.
• Proficiency in maintaining institutional compliance with regulatory requirements is an advantage.
