Details of the Job/Internship
SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) is hiring an Associate Dean (School of Law) to join its campus in Indore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide academic and administrative leadership for the School of Law.
- Formulate long-term strategies for institutional growth and development.
- Design and develop curriculum and academic programmes.
- Monitor teaching-learning processes and academic coordination.
- Oversee faculty performance and team building.
- Support student placements and industry–institute collaborations.
- Ensure effective functioning of academic and administrative operations.
- Build and maintain national and international academic networks.
Eligibility
- Ph.D. from a reputed university or institute.
- Minimum 15 years of academic and administrative experience in legal education.
- Strong academic credentials and leadership skills.
- Experience in setting up a law school at the national level is preferred.
- Strong industry and academic linkages.
- Familiarity with accreditation agencies, statutory bodies, and regulatory procedures.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
