SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) is seeking an accomplished professional to join as Associate Dean for the esteemed School of Law in Bengaluru. As a key member of the leadership team, the Associate Dean will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the School of Law.
Role and Responsibilities
- Acknowledged leader in legal education with proven expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and collaborate within teams effectively.
- Visionary outlook for advancing the newly established school.
- Strong academic and administrative skills to drive success.
- Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in the field.
- Preferably experienced in setting up Law Schools at the national level.
- Extensive network at both national and international levels.
- Full responsibility for program management, including strategy formulation, curriculum development, academic oversight, placement support, and fostering industry-institute collaboration.
Eligibility
- Ph.D. from a reputable University/Institute.
- Minimum of 15 years of combined Academic and Administrative experience in the relevant field.
- Established network and strong linkages with industry and academia.
- Familiarity with various Accreditation Agencies and Statutory bodies, along with their procedures.
