Details of the Job/Internship
NMIMS is hiring an Associate Dean for its School of Law in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a visionary academic leader with at least 15 years of experience in legal education and administration.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead academic and administrative functions of the School of Law.
- Formulate strategies for academic growth and innovation.
- Design and develop curriculum.
- Monitor and enhance teaching-learning processes.
- Coordinate academic activities, placements, and industry-institute collaboration.
- Build national and international networks and partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation agencies and statutory bodies.
Eligibility
- Ph.D. in Law or related field from a reputed university/institute.
- Minimum 15 years of academic and administrative experience.
- Proven experience in setting up or managing a law school at the national level.
- Strong communication skills and subject matter expertise.
- Familiarity with accreditation procedures and regulatory bodies.
