Details of the Job/Internship

Juris Corp is hiring an Associate – Derivatives with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, and derivatives documentation.
• Advise on OTC, treasury, and structured financial products.
• Provide regulatory advisory under RBI, SEBI, and FEMA.
• Support repo, collateral, netting, and cross-border transactions.
• Engage in direct client interaction and deal execution support.

Eligibility

• LL.B. with 2–3 years of relevant law firm or in-house experience.
• Experience in derivatives, financial markets, or regulatory advisory.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
