Details of the Job/Internship

Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring an Associate – Direct Tax (M&A) with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research.
• Draft presentations for various structuring options proposed to clients.
• Draft opinions on contemporary tax issues.

Eligibility

• 2-4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Chartered Accountant and Law graduate from a premier law college (optional).
• Exposure to M&A deals with good knowledge of tax and corporate provisions.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• A good team player.
• Strong networking skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
