Details of the Job/Internship
Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring an Associate—Direct Tax (M&A) with 2–4 years of experience to join its office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft presentations for various structuring options proposed to clients.
- Draft opinions on contemporary tax issues.
Eligibility
- Post-qualification experience of 2 to 4 years.
- Chartered Accountant & Law graduate from a premier law college (optional).
- Exposure to M&A deals with good knowledge of Tax and Corporate provisions is a must.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- A good team player.
- Strong networking skills.
