Details of the Job/Internship

Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring an Associate – Direct Tax with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting petitions and submissions.
• Assisting Senior Counsels.
• Conducting research and case analysis.
• Representing clients before Courts, Tribunals, and tax authorities.
• Providing tax advisory support.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Direct Tax Litigation.
• Chartered Accountant and/or Advocate.
• Strong communication, drafting, research, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with the firm’s leadership and maintain professional relationships.

Salary/Stipend
