Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting petitions.
- Assisting the Senior Counsel.
- Conducting research and analysis of cases.
- Representing before the Authorities.
Eligibility
- Candidate should have post qualification experience of 3 to 5 years in Direct Tax and Litigation.
