Details of the Job/Internship
Anaqua is hiring an Associate Director – Docketing & Paralegal with experience of a senior IP professional to join their office in Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Partner with global clients to define specialized docketing and paralegal requirements and operating models.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and diverse IP portfolios.
- Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training frameworks, and product adoption plans.
- Oversee team delivery, conduct quality audits, and manage error reporting and performance metrics.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality assurance across all legal communications and filings.
- Own overall project deliverables, client communications, and the maintenance of operational excellence.
- Manage and mentor a team focused on IP docketing and compliance.
Eligibility
- Law Graduate or Intellectual Property professional with a strong background in IP operations.
- Extensive leadership exposure specifically in IP docketing and paralegal management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex client engagements with confidence.
- Strong passion for quality control, compliance, and process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
