Details of the Job/Internship
Zopper is hiring an Associate Director – Legal and Corporate Affairs with 10+ years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and service level agreements.
- Provide legal advisory support on business transactions, policies, and operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage litigation, arbitration, and legal proceedings in coordination with external counsel.
- Develop and improve contract management processes and maintain a central legal documentation repository.
- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
- Track legal and regulatory updates relevant to the business.
- Support corporate governance activities, including board and shareholder matters, when required.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM degree.
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience in a corporate legal function.
- Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance.
- Solid knowledge of corporate, commercial, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
