Details of the Job/Internship

Arrow Law Partners is hiring an Associate-Dispute Resolution to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with dispute resolution matters.
• This includes conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, appearing in court, and advising clients on litigation and settlement options.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law;
• Strong knowledge of civil, criminal, and commercial litigation procedures;
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills;
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships;
• Effective communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure;
• Experience in dispute resolution and/or commercial litigation is preferred; and
• Knowledge of Kannada is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
